I provide online individual therapy for high functioning individuals who experience anxiety and depression, which may look like perfectionism, fear of saying no, disappointing others, self doubt, and negative self talk or maybe it looks totally different for you. I provide insight and intuition as well as a new perspective. I work with single people who are tired of dating the wrong people and really want to get it right the next time. My clients tend to be intelligent and work hard, but don't always believe in themselves. My clients may be feeling stuck or at a crossroads and need to figure out which way to go, and advice from family and friends isn't working and they may need help in a different way. I help clients by paying attention to themes and patterns that may be unhelpful. We work together to find ways to interrupt those patterns. I offer a different perspective and help you find clarity and insight. My approach is unique to each client because our experiences are unique.
Online therapy is a flexible, safe, and convenient option that is open to individuals living anywhere in Seattle Kent Tacoma and anywhere in Washington state. Please note that all individual therapy services are currently being conducted 100% through Telehealth.
The intake is the initial appointment where I gather information and create a treatment plan for your individual therapy.
Individual therapy sessions are 50 min per session .
Aetna, Premera, Lifewise and United. If you're not insured with one of the insurance networks named above then I would be considered an out of network provider. Please see the section on out of network provider.
I am considered an “out of network” provider and I do not bill insurance on your behalf. At your request, however, I can provide you with a superbill (paid receipts) that can be submitted to your insurance provider for full or partial reimbursement. For all questions related to your insurance coverage and benefits, for individual therapy please work directly with your insurance provider or employer.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect on January 1, 22, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their rights and protections against “surprise billing.” This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are by an out-of-network provider, if you're uninsured, or choose not to use your insurance. You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy will cost.
